Hi this is growing in my vegetable pot.. I may have planted peppers or courgettes in this.. should it stay or go.. thank you x

    I think this is Dogs mercury, Mercurialis annua an annual plant/weed

    Strange to have dogs mercury ina veg patch as it is an indicator of ancient woodland.
    Plant looks a bit tall for dogs mercury whilst the flower spikes are similar.
    Not sure

    Its also the only plant of its kind in the garden...i dnt know i might keep it till it flowers
