Is this a Hosta?

We have recently bought a property and behind the house in a shade area there is a lot of what I thought were hostas but I can’t be sure. Only one has a flower stem. They have spread widely.

The leaf shape didn’t loom at all right for a Hosta. Someone local said it was, I’ve searched for a name but can’t find it. The leave veins are nothing like hostas.

Some of them have fantastic leaf colour in the autumn/winter. 😊

They maintained their colour over the winter, but only one from about 15 plants is flowering.
