My rose bush, I have just noticed has white hip like Rose's blooming on one side of bush. The leaves too on this side of bush look greener, than the reddish colour where the red blooms are. Do I have to cut the branches and flowers off please?

...it's not easy to give advice when there is no photo for us to look at... I cannot see what you see, however, going from your description you have a sucker and that should be cut out at the base..
...for further advice please supply a picture... thanks,  but best of luck with your rose in the meantime though.... I know it's not always easy to tell if one isn't used to it..
