Not one I've got much experience with but it looks like a graptopetalum of some kind. I think you can just behead a stem leaving an inch or so under the rosette, let it calous and push the cut stem into gritty soil. Let it sit for a few weeks before starting to water and it should root quickly. There's probably more comprehensive guides on Youtube though.
Thank you Wild edges, I've got one too and wondered what it was. It was on sale as a " succulent" at a local ALDI store. I've several echeverias and treat it like one of those, been potted on doing well but it's good to have it broadly identified. Ive just searched on tinternet and you are correct plenty of YouTube help.
