It might be garlic mustard Alliaria petiolata. If it is, it is an annual but it spreads by seed and if left unchallenged it can really take over a bed. It will grow tall, about 2', with pretty white flowers if I'm right, so not ugly at all, but a woodland plant and a weed in the garden. Hope that helps
Sorry yes I meant the first one, although number 3 could also be it. I would also like to know what the second photo is as I have some just appeared this year in my garden and am waiting to see if anything proper happens, or if it should be yanked out!

I assume you mean the 1st one? Possibly, though the pictures of that have a more leathery appearance than this does.
