Tree ideas!

We are looking for ideas for a tree which can be planted in a very large pot in our front garden. Garden is north facing and windy. Ideas?

    Yes the windy conditions may burn the young foliage. Your best bet would be a holly tree, perhaps a hawthorn tree / bush if the pot is very large.

    Tree's don't really like being in pots, but you could try something like a kilmarnock willow. They are small and as long as the pot is big it may do ok.
