Tree identification

Hi all,

Have this tree in next door's garden which is sprouting in our garden and have no idea what it is! It spreads very quickly and has furry branches, sprouts up from the routes. Couldn't seem to find what it was after a google search..

It’s Rhus Typhina. Stag horn Sumac.
