Can anyone advise where I can buy a metal support frame like the one in this video please https://youtu.be/_-NNKHpgp3I at about 1:45 into the video. I can't find it on the Crocus Web site and my initial Google searches have drawn a blank

@andrewnewton -  Go to https://www.brushstore.co.uk/broom-fittings/341-platform-broom-stays.html  for one example of some similar format that would make what you want probably for a tenner or so.  The pukka thing will probably cost £25 in a bijou garden centre.  A few drainage rods, painted as you think fit, will provide substitute 'canes' that won't rot, but can be returned to the job they're meant for if you get tired of this idea.  It's one of the examples of satisfaction to be gained from improvising?

Thanks for that. However it was suggested as a present for me to give to someone. My diy skills are such that I,could probably bodge it for own use but definitely not as a gift 🙄

Gosh I'd forgotten about that post. In the end played safe and have a terracotta pot ! Unfortunately I wasn't successful

Maybe another variant?  Using drain/chimney rods @ 2.5 per rod.
