Star jasmine leaves going yellow

Hello

We have a jasmine plant that my mum has grown for me. We planted it in the ground about 4 weeks ago. I noticed that a lot of the leaves are yellowing and wondering if I have done something wrong. 

We had been watering it ever 2-3 days. I’m not sure if that is the problem. We have not given it any feed yet. 

The soil type is dry and good drainage.

any advice on the yellow leaves would be much appreciated

    If the soil is dry your plant can't get the nutrients it needs, water it regularly and if you can give it a mulch too it'll reward your efforts.
    They are fantastic plants, but don't let it dry out.
    Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit.
    Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

    Hi. I know this is an old thread but I’ve just been searching the internet as I’m having the same problem with my new star jasmine. Did you resolve your problem? Any advice would be appreciated
