Cultivating Moss Lawn - Identification Info Needed

Hi everyone.

I would like to grow a moss lawn in my garden as I have a big area which is mostly shady and dry and nothing else would grow.

I’ve found in my garden a moss like patch and I wanted to see if anyone of you know what kind of moss it is, if it is moss or if it is weed, and how I could propagate it?

I have to be honest, it doesn't look like a type of moss to me Rene, but if you wanted to try and propagate it, you could maybe try lifting it and splitting into several pieces, each with plenty of roots,  and growing them on

It looks like Sagina procumbens, a cute little plant. I like it and leave it generally. Agree with advice by @AnniD.
