Lupin seedlings

I gathered seed from my lupins last year. They germinated and have grown beautifully to about 3 inches in height but have then stopped. Any ideas what I've done wrong? Thanks

Put them outside and repot in fresh compost. I find my lupins do the same, especially when growing inside (even in a greenhouse for some reason, they seem to prefer fresh air). Yet as soon as they go outside in some fresh compost, they grow like mad and get ready to plant out.

I don't know why they like going wonky though. No flower show medal for me, I guess! ;-)
