I saw this plant online and have no information about it but I thought one of you clever lot might recognise it?

Certainly looks very real.
You can even see dead flowers at the bottom of the stem.

I don't think so but sadly I have no idea where it's from.
It looks a bit succulent and it's growing well out of a crack in the wall so must be pretty tough.
