Growing Potato's - what fertilizer/feed is best to use?

I am growing potato's in 50 litre bags. Should i add some manure (Grow-sure farmyard manure) in with them before planting. Also when adding fertilizer/feeding, is it suitable to use fish blood and bone, miracle grow or specific potato fertilizer? Any advice would be helpful.
