Anyone seen this before

Hi,
I have noticed this year that my common Holly has sent up 1 'CREAM' stalk with mostly CREAM leaves.
Has anyone seen this before?
Is there actually a CREAM only variant? I have looked but cannot find 1.
Should I try to take cuttings in case its a new variety?

it's called a "sport" if you try to propagate it, it probably won't live due to the lack of chlorophyll in the leaves.
    Devon.
