    I agree, maybe the little blue flowers were from Speedwell, it’s a bit early for Self Heal to be flowering in most areas.

    I’ll grab another picture tomorrow.  The flowers have been over for a few weeks now.  They started back in April time ish

    As Lyn says it’s a bit early for Self heal to be flowering, so it wouldn’t have finished.  My money’s on Prunella 😀

    I think there are two plants in the first of your latest photos.  There is a violet, which was probably the flower you saw. The other is definitely Self heal and will flower soon.  Hope that helps.
