Powdery 'stuff' on my spinach

Hello! I have just noticed that all my baby spinach plants have a white powdery substance on the inner leaves, it's almost grainy. They were fine yesterday and I even picked a few little leaves for my salad! 

Can anyone tell me what this might be and if there's anything I can do about it?

Those are glandular trichomes which are naturally produced by spinach leaves and absolutely nothing to worry about.
