I use a mini measuring ‘jug’ that can measure up to 50mls of liquid.. i previously bought it in a baking supplies shop and who knew it would end up measuring tomato fertiliser one day ha!
Just do the arithmetic - it must say on the bottle or container how much to use? It's basic division. There are evn unit converter sites online for working out volumes

The dose is 20ml / 5 litres so you'd need a scant T-spoon for 1 litre
