Hi. Though starting to flower, the foliage is flopping/going yellow. This seems to happen every year; is it normal to do that? Is something lacking; they are well watered. Bulbs about 3 years old. Any thoughts please? Thanks.

I grow them amongst other plants to hide the foliage when it's scruffy
