Has anyone else got this one? This will be it’s fourth year in the garden and still no flowers. The foliage is very healthy and the amount has increased over the last year or so. It’s definitely not too deep but am wondering if it’s actually too shallow as I can see the tops of the tubers?  I moved it about 18 months ago to a bed where it gets a good amount of sun.

I'll be interested to see the replies.  I think I may have planted some of our Peonies too shallow.  You can see the tubers in all of them, although one of them is just about to flower, so perhaps that's not the problem.

Most people plant them too deeply which prevents flowering. Have you fed it @Butterfly66 ?
I have mine with the 'buds'  of the crown just showing @KeenOnGreen, as we have heavy soil. It's also right against the house wall, and flowers well.

Plant shallow, lots of food and moisture, seems to be the way to go with Paeonies, although I find that some years mine just refuse to cooperate.

Thanks everyone. I put chicken pellets down once a year across the whole garden but don’t  give it anything else or anything specific. I’ll give it an extra feed and a good talking too - perform next year or else!

Ultimatum. Give them notice loudly and in block capitals.
