Hardy Geranium I.D. please

yorkshireroseyorkshirerose Posts: 574
I have numerous hardy geraniums and cannot for the life of me recall the name of this one. I've searched on line unable to find one similar. Does anyone recognise it, or have I some rather promiscuous plants which have been getting together and producing a newbie?

I did consider that, the flower is very  much like G. 'Philippe Vapelle' but the foliage is wrong.

    Maybe a geranium pratense variety?
I have Pratense Black Beauty which has very similar leaves - though the leaves are deep red on the variety I have
