Seed potatoes

I have been trying to chit some potatoes in egg boxes while storing the rest of the seed potatoes in my dark, windowless utility room, these seem to have sprouted too. I’m wanting to get them planted, a bit late but couldn’t get any compost. My question is which are ready for planting and how many for a 40L grow bag? The ones in the egg box have been in the greenhouse and the others were in my utility room.

Plant them as soon as you like.  Chitting before planting isn't vital, some people don't bother but just put them in the ground as they are.
