Brown box plant.

Hi all,
Really going for it today with the messages, apologies  :D

Ok, so last year we got a couple of box plants for the decking, one has been left in a place that doesn't get much sun, and has turned brown in  places, would you say this is purely because of a lack of sun, or could it be something else?
I have since moved it, given it a liquid feed, and regular watering.
Would you prune the brown off? or leave it, and give it chance to recover and a trim a bit later on?
Ive added a photo.

Many thanks...... again.

Have a quick search on the first couple of pages of the Recent Discussions. There's three or four posts with the very same problem. Some advice to try has been provided. Good luck.

I feel like we need a "copy and paste" reply to all of the Box queries on the forum.  Have you noticed how quickly they have escalated over the past year?  It's usually either Blight, Caterpillar or pots that are too small/lack of water/nutrients.  Ho hum....

We could definitely do with some sub-topics of common questions. Lawns is worthy of a category alone.

Hi, I've just bought two potted buxus sempervirens from Lidl (probably not the best place). I'm clueless when it comes to gardening. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with them? They have some yellow/brown leaves and are very crispy/dry. Looks like Lidl have trimmed them recently. I think the pots they are in are too small. Is this box blight or lack of water/poor drainage. Thank you! (Pics in separate post for some reason)
