Baby mixed salad lettuce

I am new to growing vegetables , finally it’s harvest time for my baby salad lettuce . I have spotted some round tiny brown/pale yellowish dots on the leaves . I’m wondering what it is and if it’s safe to eat. Please advise

It could be flea beetle possibly. Mine sometimes look like that and I eat them with no problems.

I think they are puncture marks where greenfly have fed - there's one on the bottom leaf in your 2nd photo.  Wouldn't stop me eating them either!
