Seedling identification please!

I planted 3 types of seeds but ran out of time to label them as my toddler was trying to dig them up! Now can’t remember which is which so don’t know what to do with them. Grateful for any thoughts. Numbered photos attached. They are
-Echinops ritro 
- Aquilegia Vulgaris 'Hensol Harebell'
- Dianthus carthusianorum
