Posted plants not showing.

Anybody else still waiting for plants to arrive?
I had some coming from primrose and informed they were dispatched on the 23rd April.
Can't imagine them still being any good if they do show up now.

    If they look rubbish when you get them, take photos and contact them for a refund, or  a partial one.  :)
    Make sure you keep details of any communication. I would contact them to say they haven't appeared too.

    If you get no joy, use social media of some kind. It seems to be the only way to get attention from some companies
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    If you're not on social media,  you could try leaving a review on Trustpilot. It worked for me with another company whether by accident or design. Having said that, reading the reviews might not bring you any comfort.

    I think once they've posted them it's down to the post office.
    I'll probably have to get a claim form one day .
