Rose looking a bit weird

Photos  not great but hope you get the  idea  
Un named cheapo pink rose flowered well last year
New stems long and whippy and leaves a different  shape. Some of them look like the green  bits you get around flower buds 
Is it searching  for light?




Last pic is awful. It's  blustery out there!

    ..yes it's reaching for the light... there's nothing wrong with your rose, it's doing well..

    ...too late really... let it do its own thing for the summer... consider moving in the autumn maybe...  it should rise above all the plants you have nearby...  looking good...

    Thanks @Marlorena I'll have to move it. There's a holly bush nearby so it's not going to win! Will move it in the autumn
