Common Jasmine?

Hi, i just received 2 Jasmine plants from an ebay seller.
are these both “common” Jasmine, they are supposed to be but they look very different.
i have not yet heard back from seller.

They look absolutely fine to me...one is a little bit behind in growth...give it a sunny week it will grow those leaves to match.

Thanks for the advise, I have planted them both.
I have made an arbour and planted one either side, I might send some update pics down the line if all goes well.
