Pear tree disease?

Hi, I'm growing a few pear trees. One tree's leaves are showing small boils. I was wondering if this is due to a lack of water or if it is a result of pest or disease?

Any help much appreciated!

Thanks! Think your right. Having read up on it, seems like there's nothing you can do about it? Just leave it run its course
