Drooping Acer

I recently have re planted my lime green Acer into a flower bed that I have recently had built, it’s partly sunny where the Acer is, but since I planted it I have noticed all the leaves and branches are drooping. I’m watering it and I’ve fed it but am afraid I’m going to lose it ,, can anyone give me some advice please

Can you add a couple of pictures so we see how severe the deterioration is?

The third picture shows how low the branch has drooped as it is touching the sleeper . Thx
