Advice sought

Hi all

I have noticed in the last week that the shrub below looks like its leaves are withered. Can anyone advise what plant it is and what i should do to salvage it?

I think it might be an Edgeworthia Chrysantha shrub. Chinese paper-bush. 

Maybe it’s suffering from the warm and dry conditions. Try to give it a few bucketfuls of water. The weather should be cooling down tomorrow with rain forecast.
