It looks like a Spindle ( Euonymus europaea). My daughter had one suddenly appear in her garden when a fence was replaced, no idea where it came from, but it has grown very quickly into a large shrub . Hopefully Silversurfer can confirm, or otherwise.
Thank you. It hasnt got any flowers yet. Will update here if i see one. It is growing at a difficult soil so dont want to remove it unless it causes any problems.

I wonder if it is Lonicera sp...a shrubby honeysuckle.?
Excellent these are not the flowers..they are the berries.

I believe it is a wild shrubby honeysuckle ..Lonicera xylosteum..a native in UK
