Help please! Prunus problems!

Hello I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem. I've never grown a prunus and I dug one out of my parents garden becuase they are making it low maintenance. Since putting it in a pot though it is wilting.
I've watered it 2 cans a day an fed some granular feed and it's still sad.
Does is need a Bigger pot? Nowhere to plant it in the ground with me sadly.

Twice a day is too much watering. Wait until the pot dries out a bit over the next day or two, stick your finger in and if the soil sticks to your finger, it's still wet enough. Don't feed it any more, the poor thing can't cope. If possible keep it in the shade whilst it's recovering.
