How tall should my sweetcorn seedlings be before moving pots?

I’ve got some sweetcorn growing in a module tray - how long should I wait before planting on? I am planning on moving them in larger pots and hardening off in the cold frame before planting in beds. It’s my first time growing sweetcorn so I’m not sure how big the seedlings should be before moving. Here’s their size now:

I am just about to plant mine. I will leave them in the pots I sow in until I plant out at the end of May.  How big are those pots? Don't move them on until the roots fill that pot.

It’s not in a pot right now, just in a module seed tray! One corn seedling per cell.

Still the same, let the roots fill the module, then pot on. I use individual pots these days, makes life so much easier. Save modules for things that will go straight from the module into the ground (lettuce for example), individual square pots fit well into a propagator, if the aim is to pot the veg on later.
