Hi @pugslovesun, I started a thread myself recently about exactly the same problem. White / cream spots on most of leaves. However, the same happened last year and didn’t affect the tree at all. Didn’t get an ID but good advice from @Fairygirl that it’s a pretty robust tree and can withstand all sorts so I’m not too worried. Upon  further researching it ,it may be (sorbus?) gall mite, but I’m not sure at all. Couldn’t find much about it on-line. Keep the tree clear of dead leaves round base or on tree and it should be okay.

Hi & many thanks for that. As I’ve not seen it myself it’s hard to tell but I think it could be gall mite. Have passed on the advice.
