Looks very much like Elder (Sambucus nigra)

Top one looks like an ash sapling to me. Black terminal bud.

Other Half says Ash saplings you can tell by the bark.

Yeah a lot of the buds where really black on the others, looked at a few google images after your suggestions and it looks like ash saplings. Thanks for the replies.

Definitely ash tree sapling.
