What tree is this?

Does anyone know what kind of tree this is please? The leaves come in spring in a purple colours, before turning green in the summer, and orange in the autumn, and completely falling in the winter. Thanks in advance!

Looks like a Cotinus to me (Smoke Bush is the common name).

Sorry but leaves of Cotinus are very different shape...much rounder.

Tree may be Prunus cerasifera nigra. ..common name Cherry plum.
I would have expected to see blossom on it before the leaves open.
