Eucalyptus leaf spots

Hi, I’ve noticed some spots have appeared on my eucalyptus. It’s planted in a semi shady area. Lots of new growth which looks healthy.

Does anyone know what this could be and how to treat it?

Thank you

They look as if they may be scale insects - difficult to see on the pic - brave ones too to try and tackle a eucalyptus!
Are they like tiny limpets? and if so, see if there's something like cotton wool underneath the shell. If so then it's scale insect.
To be honest I wouldn't worry too much, the oils in the leaves deter most bugs and I doubt whatever it is will have much effect.
Although evergreen, they do drop older leaves in the summer and you may just have found a few older leaves that weren't in the best of health so some bugs took advantage.
Mine grew to over 100ft over 20ish years - just sayin 😊
