***Help Needed!*** Planters to fit wall?? See pictures!

looking for ideas and/or inspiration for planters or similar to add some floral touch to a bland wall. 

Any ideas for planters that may fit onto/over the wall? 

I have attached some pictures to help.

Assuming it's your grass behind I would cut out a border or do a raised bed  behind the wall then plant it up with plants that will flop over. I had great success in one garden with a bog standard hardy osteospurnum that flowers for ages if you dead head. Aubretia or a trailing lobelia. Also trailing pelagoniums or hardy geraniums. 
If you don't want a border maybe plant up a few pots to go behind the wall
