I moved into my home last summer. It was a well loved garden and well stocked. I have been gardening and noticed a couple of flowering plants that I don't recognise. I wonder if one is a freesia, but honestly I have no idea. I'd be grateful for any input. My neighbour seems to think the second one is exotic looking and has orange flowers.

Thank you.

    1 is a Solomons Seal.
    2. ??? Haemerocalis
He calls her the chocolate girl
Cause he thinks she melts when he touches her
She knows she's the chocolate girl
Cause she's broken up and swallowed
And wrapped in bits of silver

Once you’ve got Solomons  Seal you’ll have it forever if you’re not careful, it springs up everywhere, can’t think that the birds spread it, but it certainly spreads, by the end of the season it’s shredded by little caterpillars but I love it anyway.

Thank you. I've never seen a solomons seal - first time for everything. I absolutely love day lilies.
