Hi, I’ve noticed my tayberry flowers have got a black centre... is this normal?

The centre is the actual berry...it will probably dry droout andp off. I had a tayberry and never encountered this particular problem, they're very healthy plants. Did you have any sharp frosts recently?

No sharp frosts within the last week here, I’ll keep an eye on them and see what becomes! My original thoughts were some sort of fungus or pest.
I’ve got the tayberry in a raised bed with a couple of varieties of raspberries and they all look very healthy and full of flower buds.
I’ve even got a raspy beetle trap out with no sign of anything nasty yet!
