I hope someone can. There was an almost identical post last year with the same shrub. The question remained unanswered. I walk past one every day on my dog walk, it's currently smothered in buds about to break and looks stunning. The flowers look almost identical to individual lilac flowers.
Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.

@Pete.8 I believe syringa is a form of lilac. So you were on the right lines 😊
