What is it please. How to deal with it overtaking from next door.

    Ex daughter in law has this overtaking summer house and another neigbours. Owner is in lockdown away.
     It has been cut back but quickly grows back. How would you deal with it.

    I think that might Elaeagnus x Ebbingei. They can grow fast if they are over-grown and an established plant. A hard prune back should keep them in check.
