Conifers- needle blight

Hi all- a common subject in here but looking at treating various conifer and yew hedge rows to tackle brown patches and needle blight. 

Can anyone recommend a spray/ herbicide they know of or use that can help. 

Also would be great if anyone had before and after pictures?

any advice as always is much appreciated
