Just pulled around fifty of those out, some of which had flowered yellow.

Hmm... Iāve decided not to pull it yet. Iām not re planting that particular planter for another couple of weeks so no rush. The joy of planting in tubs is whatever it is it canāt go too deep to get it all out if necessary.

Agree with Skandi - seeds of those two are often included in birdseed mixes.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Now the bird food thing would make sense as one of my feeders was close to this.
