Laurel hedge issue

Hello I hope everyone’s keeping well :-).  I’ve just been to feed the laurel hedge I planted last year out the front of our house. I noticed some of the leaves going yellow and having brown spots/holes on them. Was just wondering what was causing the brown spots and if it’s anything I should worry about??
