Help with identifying plants in border
in Plants
Hi,
I’ve just gotten round to tidying up a garden in a house I’ve moved into, and identified most of the plants, but having trouble with the following ones...
Trying to figure out if they are weeds to be dug up, or left alone.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

One more quick question, I think this is a Forget Me Not, but it seems to be popping up everywhere.. Is it just a case of digging it up when it pops up somewhere that it’s not wanted? Very new to this, literally the first garden I’ve had to look after so learning as I go along.
Looks like forget-me/nots to me. I just pull them out once they’re over ... they only have shallow roots so they pull out easily enough. They’ll have dropped enough seeds to reappear next year.
I’ve got a hot bin, which should kill the seeds, shouldn’t it?
This is what the sunny side currently looks like. I’ve given it a tidy, but main plan is to wait until summer (or the garden centres re-open) to see what survives/looks good. I know there’s a Penstemon Blackbird in there, but the rest is a bit of a mystery.
