Tree identification help please

hello there, I’m asking this on behalf of my mum. She has two beautiful trees in her garden and isn’t sure what they are.
We’ve tried google but no answers!
The white blossom tree is huge and bears no fruit, the pink blossom has a double flower- wondering if it is some kind of cherry?

I think the pink might be P. Kanzan, no idea on the white
