Outdoor cover

I’ve purchased an outdoor stand - can I move my plants on the windowsills to here and leave at night if covered over? Or will it still be too cold. I’m in Yorkshire and last frost 10 may. I’m assuming if seedlings have germinated that I can move here as same as under glass/ green house? Advices welcome as I cannot move for seed trays. Thank you

Personally, I would use that as half way house, to put plants in during the day to harden off, but wouldn't chance leaving them over night. I would bring them back indoors in a greenhouse/shed with frost protection.
