Potted peony

Interested to know whether anyone else has grown a peony is a container.

i got fed up with mine in the border last year and dug it out.  Couldn’t face chucking it in the compost so put it in a pot.

Seems to be doing ok so far this year

Looks good to me...have grown several in pots. No reason why they won't do well. Fingers crossed for some flowers.

Yes, they can be grown happily in a large pot but don't like to be disturbed often
