I have some cauliflower plugs from the garden centre which I have kept in the greenhouse but two days ago I noted that the leaves were beginning to turn yellow. What am I doing wrong?
Hello @Buffalogal (great name!) Can you show us some pics of your caulis (click on the little landscape icon ... if the pics don’t upload reducing the size usually works).

No need to worry ... they look fine 👍 the first two leaves (called seed leaves or ‘cotyledons’) always die off.
When you plant those cauliflowers out you can plant them deep so the stem is buried right up to the bottom leaves. That way the stem will form extra roots and it will be firm in the soil ... this will help it to form a firm ‘curd’ (the bit we eat). 😊
